oyster Bar catering

Lately, I have been serving oysters at special events. I am an ambassador for an oyster farm from Baja, California.

We serve raw shucked-to-order oysters, clams and mussels with mignonette sauce. We add grilled oysters cooked with flavorful compounded butters.

Becuase of the oysters popularity, I will now be offering Raw Bar Catering.

Our Raw Bar is great for a fun & tasty appetizer gathering or as an addition to your already planned, catered menu.

I am offering the oyster bar menu and, also, additional items to customize the menu.


I have to say that I am a big fan of oysters and shellfish.

I do believe that it is not just a tasty pleasure to eat shellfish but they are healthy, as well.

Here are a couple of personal stories:

  • As a French man growing up close to the Normandy coast, I was exposed to fresh picked shellfish going to the seaside’s at low tide with my father and grabbed all type of delicacies.

  • Years ago my brother, in his teen years, experienced some down time and when my parents took him to our family doctor, the prescription he gave was “take this young man to a local restaurant to eat some fresh oysters”. They did, and he quickly became much better in spirit.

  • Oysters, especially in the colder months in Normandy, were often part of special dinners and family reunions. Our home was no exception, to a point that my mother in her alder years had to have her dozen oysters every Sunday with a glass of champagne until she left us in her early 90th.

Now you know why I am so passionate about eating oysters!

All oyster bar equipment including grill, propane, display with ice, tables.
