No longer working in restaurants, Pascal is focusing his time on special and intimate gatherings that celebrate food, wine and life.

Dinners typically include anywhere from 3-5 courses on average.

  • Your chef will do the shopping before arriving to your home.

  • All cooking is done right in your kitchen.

  • We do all on-site cooking, serving and clean-up. You enjoy your time and food with your guests!

Pascal works with the top, local suppliers and frequents farmer’s markets. He only uses the freshest ingredients.

MASTER CHEF

Quick and talented – He is passionate about food, its preparation, and presentation. He leads his team in a way that creates an atmosphere of unity in the kitchen. Pascal teaches and mentors staff to keep processes running smoothly during a dinner service.

Chef Pascal will personally be present and cooking in your own location for a Master-chef fee.
